I misplaced my certificate, can I get a duplicate?

Your certificate will appear immediately after you complete the online quiz. you may print and save a .pdf copy of the certificate at that time.

You will also receive an email with a link to your certificate after you complete the quiz.

If you did not print or save your certificate, we can help! Just let us know.

In accordance to DWC Medical Unit and other professional Board regulations, we will retain electronic copies of your records for at least 5 years. You will print out your Certificate of Completion at the completion of the easy online quiz which you will use as proof of course completion.

Each year, CalMedLegal.com provides the DWC Medical Unit with a list of the physicians, their license numbers and number of hours completed.
